The main machine adopts imported AC frequency converter drive. The temperature control adopt Japan RKC products. The vacuum pump and drawing motor adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple. After replacing the screw  cylinder and mould ,it can extrude imitating wood foamed profile

The wooden-plastic mixing extruding production line adopts special-designed screw stem, material cylinder,moulds and processing technology.  Equipped with YE model auxiliary it can produce wooden-plasticprofile.It is a new kind of environment protection products which Mix plastic and waste wood fiber in proper proportion,adding plastic processing extender.
